Glowing Town is an online Korean skincare retailer serving customers in Bangladesh.

We source and directly import Korean skincare products from South Korea for our customers.

Our product range, availability, pricing, and services may change from time to time.

আমরা আমাদের গ্রাহকদের জন্য দক্ষিণ কোরিয়া থেকে সরাসরি কোরিয়ান স্কিনকেয়ার পণ্য সংগ্রহ ও আমদানি করি।

সময়ের সঙ্গে আমাদের পণ্যসম্ভার, পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা, মূল্য এবং সেবা পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

২. ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার

আপনি শুধুমাত্র আইনসম্মত উদ্দেশ্যে এই ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন।

আমরা পণ্যের সত্যতা এবং দায়িত্বশীল সংগ্রহের বিষয়টি অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বের সঙ্গে বিবেচনা করি এবং আসল পণ্য সরবরাহের জন্য যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করি।

প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে পণ্যের প্যাকেজিংয়ে প্রস্তুতকারকের তথ্য, ব্যাচের তথ্য, মেয়াদ সংক্রান্ত তথ্য অথবা অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য থাকতে পারে।

৫. পণ্যের উপযোগিতা

প্রত্যেক মানুষের ত্বক আলাদা।

কোনো নির্দিষ্ট পণ্য প্রত্যেক গ্রাহকের জন্য উপযুক্ত হবে অথবা নির্দিষ্ট ফলাফল দেবে—এমন নিশ্চয়তা আমরা প্রদান করি না।

ব্যবহারের আগে পণ্যের উপাদান এবং তথ্য যাচাই করা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।

আপনার অ্যালার্জি, সংবেদনশীল ত্বক, নির্ণীত কোনো ত্বকের সমস্যা থাকলে অথবা গর্ভাবস্থা, শিশুকে দুধ পান করানো কিংবা অন্য কোনো স্বাস্থ্যগত বিষয় থাকলে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী পণ্য ব্যবহারের আগে উপযুক্ত স্বাস্থ্যসেবা পেশাজীবীর পরামর্শ নিন।

৬. মূল্য

অর্ডার প্রদান করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নির্বাচিত পণ্য কেনার জন্য একটি অনুরোধ প্রদান করছেন।

অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ সবসময় চূড়ান্ত গ্রহণ বা পণ্য পাঠানোর নিশ্চয়তা হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে না।

নিম্নলিখিত কারণে প্রয়োজন হলে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল বা পরিবর্তন করতে পারি:

• পণ্য পাওয়া না যাওয়া

• মূল্যের ভুল

• অর্থপ্রদানের সমস্যা

• গ্রাহকের ভুল তথ্য

• সন্দেহজনক প্রতারণামূলক কার্যক্রম

প্রয়োজন হলে এ ধরনের পরিবর্তন সম্পর্কে গ্রাহকের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করা হবে।

৮. গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব

সঠিক যোগাযোগ ও ডেলিভারি তথ্য প্রদান করা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।

এর মধ্যে রয়েছে:

• পূর্ণ নাম

• ফোন নম্বর

• ই-মেইল ঠিকানা

• সম্পূর্ণ ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা

• এলাকা

• জেলা

গ্রাহকের দেওয়া ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্যের কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ বা বিলম্বিত হলে Glowing Town দায়ী থাকবে না।

৯. অর্থপ্রদান

উপলভ্যতার ভিত্তিতে নগদে পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় মূল্য পরিশোধ, মোবাইল আর্থিক সেবা, ব্যাংক পেমেন্ট, কার্ড অথবা চেকআউটে প্রদর্শিত অন্যান্য পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি গ্রহণ করা হতে পারে।

অবস্থান, অর্ডারের মূল্য এবং অন্যান্য পরিচালনাগত শর্ত অনুযায়ী পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

১০. মেধাস্বত্ব

Glowing Town-এর ওয়েবসাইটের সব মৌলিক কনটেন্ট, যার মধ্যে লেখা, গ্রাফিক্স, ছবি, লোগো, নকশা, ভিডিও, আইকন এবং অন্যান্য উপাদান অন্তর্ভুক্ত, Glowing Town অথবা সংশ্লিষ্ট অধিকারধারীর সম্পত্তি।

অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো কনটেন্ট কপি, পুনরুৎপাদন, বিতরণ, পরিবর্তন অথবা বাণিজ্যিকভাবে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

কোরিয়ান ব্র্যান্ডের নাম, লোগো, পণ্যের নাম এবং ট্রেডমার্ক সংশ্লিষ্ট মালিকদের সম্পত্তি।

১১. শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তন

প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Glowing Town এই শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তন বা হালনাগাদ করার অধিকার রাখে।

পরিবর্তিত শর্তাবলি এই পৃষ্ঠায় প্রকাশিত হওয়ার পর কার্যকর হবে।
