Glowing Town is an online beauty and skincare store serving customers in Bangladesh. We specialize in authentic Korean skincare and beauty products and source our Korean products directly from South Korea.

However, product packaging, formulation, ingredients, appearance, or labeling may occasionally be changed by the manufacturer without prior notice. 4. Authenticity of Products
Glowing Town is committed to providing authentic products. Our Korean skincare products are sourced directly from South Korea through our supply channels.
We do not knowingly sell counterfeit products.
5. Pricing and Availability
All prices displayed on our website are generally shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳), unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotional offers, discounts, gifts, and product availability may change from time to time.
Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee its availability until the order has been successfully processed or confirmed.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may contact you to discuss an alternative, adjustment, cancellation, or refund where applicable.
6. Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate.
Glowing Town reserves the right to contact customers for order verification or clarification.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect delivery information, events beyond our reasonable control, or other operational circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate recipient name, phone number, and delivery address.
9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations are handled according to our applicable Return and Refund Policy.
Because skincare and cosmetic products may be sensitive to hygiene, safety, storage, and tampering concerns, certain opened, used, damaged-after-delivery, or otherwise ineligible products may not qualify for return.
Customers should inspect their orders after delivery and contact us promptly if there is a problem.
10. Skincare and Product Information Disclaimer
Information provided through our website, social media pages, Messenger conversations, customer support, or other communication channels is intended for general product and skincare information.

Individual skin types and reactions vary. A product suitable for one person may not be suitable for another.

11. Facebook, Messenger and Social Media Customer Support
Customers may communicate with Glowing Town through Facebook Messenger and other supported communication channels.
When you voluntarily contact us through Facebook or Messenger, we may receive information made available through Meta's platform that is necessary to provide customer support. Depending on the interaction, this may include identifiers, profile information, messages, attachments, message-related metadata, and conversation history.
We use this information primarily to respond to inquiries, assist with products and orders, maintain relevant customer support conversations, and operate our customer support system.
Our use of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. AI-Assisted Customer Support
Glowing Town may use technology-assisted tools, including artificial intelligence services, to help authorized staff prepare suggested responses to customer inquiries.
Where such functionality is used, relevant conversation context may be processed by a service provider solely as necessary to operate the applicable feature, subject to our privacy practices and the provider's applicable terms.
AI-generated suggestions are intended to assist our customer support workflow. Where our system is configured for human-reviewed responses, authorized staff may review or edit a suggested response before sending it to the customer.
Customers should not rely on AI-assisted customer support as medical or professional healthcare advice.

তবে প্রস্তুতকারক প্রতিষ্ঠান পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই পণ্যের মোড়ক, উপাদান, ফর্মুলা, বাহ্যিক নকশা বা লেবেল পরিবর্তন করতে পারে। আলোকসজ্জা, ছবি তোলার পদ্ধতি, নতুন মোড়ক অথবা ডিভাইসের ডিসপ্লের কারণে ওয়েবসাইট বা সামাজিক যোগাযোগমাধ্যমে প্রদর্শিত ছবির সঙ্গে বাস্তব পণ্যের সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।
বিশেষ করে অ্যালার্জি বা সংবেদনশীলতার ইতিহাস থাকলে ব্যবহারের আগে পণ্যের মোড়কে থাকা উপাদানের তালিকা যাচাই করা উচিত।
৪. পণ্যের আসলত্ব
Glowing Town আসল পণ্য সরবরাহে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। আমাদের কোরিয়ান স্কিনকেয়ার পণ্যগুলো আমাদের সরবরাহ ব্যবস্থার মাধ্যমে সরাসরি দক্ষিণ কোরিয়া থেকে সংগ্রহ করা হয়।
আমরা জেনেশুনে কোনো নকল পণ্য বিক্রি করি না।
৫. মূল্য ও পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা
অন্যভাবে উল্লেখ না থাকলে আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT/৳)-এ দেখানো হয়।
পণ্যের মূল্য, ছাড়, প্রচারণামূলক অফার, উপহার এবং মজুত পরিস্থিতি সময়ে সময়ে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
শপিং কার্টে কোনো পণ্য যুক্ত করলেই সেটির মজুত নিশ্চিত হয়ে যায় না। অর্ডার সফলভাবে প্রক্রিয়াকরণ বা নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর প্রাপ্যতা নিশ্চিত হয়।
অর্ডার করার পর কোনো পণ্য মজুত না থাকলে বিকল্প পণ্য, অর্ডার পরিবর্তন, বাতিল অথবা প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে অর্থ ফেরতের বিষয়ে আমরা আপনার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারি।
৬. অর্ডার
অর্ডার দেওয়ার সময় সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।
অর্ডার যাচাই অথবা কোনো তথ্য নিশ্চিত করার জন্য Glowing Town গ্রাহকের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারে।
সন্দেহজনক প্রতারণা, ভুল মূল্য, পণ্য মজুত না থাকা, অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্য, অফারের অপব্যবহার অথবা অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করা সম্ভব নয়—এমন যুক্তিসঙ্গত পরিস্থিতিতে আমরা কোনো অর্ডার প্রত্যাখ্যান বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
ইতোমধ্যে অর্থ গ্রহণ করা হয়ে থাকলে এবং পরবর্তীতে আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হলে প্রযোজ্য অর্থ ফেরত আমাদের সংশ্লিষ্ট নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী সম্পন্ন করা হবে।
৭. পেমেন্ট
উপলব্ধ পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি চেকআউটের সময় অথবা আমাদের অফিসিয়াল যোগাযোগমাধ্যমে জানানো হতে পারে।
সঠিক পেমেন্ট তথ্য প্রদান এবং অনুমোদিত পদ্ধতিতে অর্থ পরিশোধ করা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।
কিছু লেনদেন সম্পন্ন করতে আমরা তৃতীয় পক্ষের পেমেন্ট সেবা ব্যবহার করতে পারি। সেই সেবা ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিজস্ব শর্ত ও গোপনীয়তা নীতিও প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
৮. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি
অর্ডার আমাদের প্রযোজ্য Shipping & Delivery Policy অনুযায়ী সরবরাহ করা হয়।
প্রদত্ত ডেলিভারি সময় আনুমানিক। কুরিয়ার কার্যক্রম, আবহাওয়া, সরকারি ছুটি, পরিবহন সমস্যা, ভুল ঠিকানা অথবা আমাদের যুক্তিসঙ্গত নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা পরিস্থিতির কারণে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
সঠিক প্রাপকের নাম, ফোন নম্বর ও ডেলিভারির ঠিকানা প্রদান করা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।
৯. পণ্য ফেরত, অর্থ ফেরত ও অর্ডার বাতিল
পণ্য ফেরত, পরিবর্তন, অর্থ ফেরত এবং অর্ডার বাতিল আমাদের প্রযোজ্য Return and Refund Policy অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
স্কিনকেয়ার ও প্রসাধনী পণ্যের স্বাস্থ্যবিধি, নিরাপত্তা, সংরক্ষণ এবং পণ্য খোলা বা পরিবর্তনের ঝুঁকির কারণে কিছু খোলা, ব্যবহৃত অথবা ডেলিভারির পরে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য ফেরতের জন্য গ্রহণযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে।
ডেলিভারির পর অর্ডার যাচাই করা এবং কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে দ্রুত আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
১০. স্কিনকেয়ার ও পণ্যসংক্রান্ত তথ্যের দায়বদ্ধতা
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট, সামাজিক যোগাযোগমাধ্যম, Messenger, গ্রাহক সহায়তা অথবা অন্যান্য যোগাযোগমাধ্যমে দেওয়া স্কিনকেয়ার ও পণ্যসংক্রান্ত তথ্য সাধারণ তথ্য ও পণ্য নির্বাচন সহায়তার উদ্দেশ্যে প্রদান করা হয়।
এগুলো চিকিৎসকের রোগ নির্ণয়, চিকিৎসা বা পেশাদার চিকিৎসা পরামর্শের বিকল্প নয়।
প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তির ত্বকের ধরন ও প্রতিক্রিয়া ভিন্ন হতে পারে। একজনের জন্য উপযোগী পণ্য অন্যজনের জন্য উপযোগী নাও হতে পারে।
গুরুতর ত্বকের সমস্যা, অ্যালার্জি, চলমান চিকিৎসা, গর্ভাবস্থাসংক্রান্ত উদ্বেগ অথবা অন্য কোনো স্বাস্থ্যগত সমস্যা থাকলে সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্য ব্যবহারের আগে উপযুক্ত স্বাস্থ্যসেবা পেশাজীবীর পরামর্শ নেওয়া উচিত।
১১. Facebook, Messenger ও সামাজিক যোগাযোগমাধ্যমে গ্রাহক সহায়তা
গ্রাহকরা Facebook Messenger এবং আমাদের সমর্থিত অন্যান্য যোগাযোগমাধ্যমের মাধ্যমে Glowing Town-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন।
আপনি স্বেচ্ছায় Facebook বা Messenger-এর মাধ্যমে আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করলে গ্রাহক সহায়তা প্রদানের জন্য Meta-এর প্ল্যাটফর্ম থেকে প্রয়োজনীয় কিছু তথ্য আমরা পেতে পারি। যোগাযোগের ধরন অনুযায়ী এর মধ্যে পরিচিতিমূলক তথ্য, প্রোফাইল তথ্য, বার্তা, সংযুক্তি, বার্তাসংক্রান্ত তথ্য এবং কথোপকথনের ইতিহাস অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতে পারে।
আমরা প্রধানত গ্রাহকের প্রশ্নের উত্তর প্রদান, পণ্য ও অর্ডারসংক্রান্ত সহায়তা, প্রাসঙ্গিক গ্রাহক কথোপকথন পরিচালনা এবং আমাদের গ্রাহক সহায়তা ব্যবস্থা পরিচালনার জন্য এসব তথ্য ব্যবহার করি।
ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের Privacy Policy-ও প্রযোজ্য।

এই ধরনের সুবিধা ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় কথোপকথনের প্রাসঙ্গিক অংশ কোনো সেবা প্রদানকারীর মাধ্যমে প্রক্রিয়াকৃত হতে পারে। এ ধরনের প্রক্রিয়াকরণ আমাদের গোপনীয়তা ব্যবস্থা এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট সেবা প্রদানকারীর প্রযোজ্য শর্তের অধীন।
কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তা দ্বারা তৈরি উত্তর গ্রাহক সহায়তা কার্যক্রমে সহায়তার জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়। আমাদের ব্যবস্থা মানব পর্যালোচনার জন্য কনফিগার করা থাকলে অনুমোদিত কর্মী গ্রাহকের কাছে পাঠানোর আগে প্রস্তাবিত উত্তর পর্যালোচনা বা সম্পাদনা করতে পারেন।
কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তা-সহায়ক গ্রাহকসেবাকে চিকিৎসা বা পেশাদার স্বাস্থ্য পরামর্শ হিসেবে বিবেচনা করা উচিত নয়।
১৩. গোপনীয়তা ও ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য
আমরা আমাদের গ্রাহক ও ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারকারীদের গোপনীয়তাকে গুরুত্ব দিই।

১৫. মেধাস্বত্ব
অন্যভাবে উল্লেখ না থাকলে Glowing Town-এর নাম, ব্র্যান্ডিং, নিজস্ব ওয়েবসাইট কনটেন্ট, গ্রাফিক্স, নকশা, প্রচারণামূলক উপকরণ এবং Glowing Town-এর জন্য তৈরি অন্যান্য নিজস্ব উপকরণ প্রযোজ্য মেধাস্বত্ব আইনের অধীনে সুরক্ষিত।
প্রস্তুতকারক বা অন্যান্য তৃতীয় পক্ষের পণ্যের নাম, ট্রেডমার্ক, লোগো, ছবি এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট উপকরণের মালিকানা তাদের নিজ নিজ মালিকের।
প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুমোদন না করলে Glowing Town-এর অনুমতি ছাড়া আমাদের সুরক্ষিত উপকরণ অনুলিপি, পুনঃপ্রকাশ, বিতরণ বা বাণিজ্যিকভাবে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
১৬. নিষিদ্ধ কার্যক্রম
প্রতারণা, অন্য ব্যক্তির পরিচয় ব্যবহার, ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে মিথ্যা তথ্য প্রদান, অনুমতি ছাড়া সিস্টেমে প্রবেশের চেষ্টা, ক্ষতিকর সফটওয়্যার ছড়ানো, আমাদের সিস্টেমের কার্যক্রমে বাধা সৃষ্টি, মেধাস্বত্ব লঙ্ঘন, গ্রাহক সহায়তা ব্যবস্থার অপব্যবহার অথবা প্রযোজ্য আইনে নিষিদ্ধ কোনো কার্যক্রমে আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট বা সেবা ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
১৭. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমা
প্রযোজ্য আইন যতটুকু অনুমোদন করে, পণ্যের অনুপযুক্ত ব্যবহার, প্রস্তুতকারকের নির্দেশনা অনুসরণ না করা, আমাদের যুক্তিসঙ্গত নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা পরিস্থিতি অথবা আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ও সেবার অননুমোদিত ব্যবহার থেকে সৃষ্ট পরোক্ষ বা আনুষঙ্গিক ক্ষতির জন্য Glowing Town দায়ী থাকবে না।

১৮. শর্তাবলির পরিবর্তন
আমাদের সেবা, ব্যবসায়িক কার্যক্রম, প্রযুক্তি, নীতিমালা অথবা প্রযোজ্য আইনি প্রয়োজনীয়তার পরিবর্তন অনুযায়ী আমরা সময়ে সময়ে এই শর্তাবলি হালনাগাদ করতে পারি।
পরিবর্তন করা হলে নতুন “সর্বশেষ হালনাগাদ” তারিখসহ সংশোধিত সংস্করণ এই পাতায় প্রকাশ করা হতে পারে।
প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী, হালনাগাদের পর আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে সংশোধিত শর্তাবলি গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে বলে বিবেচিত হতে পারে।

এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট আইনের অধীনে বাধ্যতামূলক কোনো অধিকার বা বিধান থাকলে তা প্রযোজ্য থাকবে।
